Order Form Policy
- The **Order Form** must be filled out on the SAME DAY the order is placed.
- Late submissions (1-2 days) will only be considered in rare, exceptional cases.
Refund Submission Deadlines
Deadlines are calculated strictly from the **Order Date**:
- For Order/Rating Deals, the form must be filled within **15 days**.
- For Review Deals, the form must be filled within **20-25 days**.
- Failure to meet these deadlines will result in **no refund** being processed.
Payout Penalties for Delays
Deductions will apply to the original refund value based on the delay:
